JOB DESCRIPTION: Hotel Assistant General Manager wanted in Miami Beach, FL

Job Description:
Support the General Manger with all aspects of the hotel operations to achieve a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality.
Provide exemplary performance for staff to follow.

Requirements:
1-3 years of previous hotel management experience
Demonstrate strong communication skill and superior leadership abilities, Outgoing, with excellent interpersonal and investigative skills.
Focused, self-managed approach to project development
Ability to develop strategic plans
Ability to train employees to perform effectively
The ability to give attention to details.
Fluent in English and Spanish

Salary: Based on experience.
