JOB DESCRIPTION: Account manager position available in Boca Raton, FL

Syntechs is looking for an Account Manager with solid experience and interest in contributing to an aggressively growing company. Applicants should be talented, intelligent individuals who enjoy challenge, and will flourish in a dynamic environment.

Located in Boca Raton, Syntechs manages Field Engineers that provide onsite service and support to world wide computer and plasma/LCD Panel manufacturers and warranty companies.

Position Title: Account Manager
General Purpose: Responsible for the resolution of client problems from initiation to completion through follow up on every assigned client concern via Syntechs proprietary database; As well as ensuring field and contact center are complying with all client policies.
Responsibilities:
• Provide client support for all issues
• Investigate and follow up on every escalation
• Ensure acceptable turn around time for all service calls
• Create daily and weekly reports on turn around time and other data
• Maintain written procedures and update Syntechs in-house reps as well as field
• Interact with Clients on a daily basis
• Answer incoming calls and handle issues as received
• Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
• Qualified candidates must be able to work with diverse groups of people in a professional environment
• Excellent planning, organizational, and follow-up skills
• Capable of working independently, and able to drive client issues and projects to completion with minimal supervision
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related area
• Fast and accurate typing- minimum 40wpm
