Duties will include: Directing all recruiting and employment activities, conducting new employee orientations, overseeing the benefits program, salary administration, ensuring company compliance with employee files, monitors all workers comp claims, etc. Qualified candidates must have prior experience in Real Estate Human Resources, a self-starter mentality, a team player attitude, an attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written skills.
