The ideal manager needs to meet the following requirements: * Our managers have at least 2 year’s experience in Closings and Funding Practices. * Our managers have a Title Insurance License, if not they must be able to acquire one fairly quickly * Our managers must be able to bring in existing clientele and existing title business as well as have the ability to bring in more title business through marketing. We place strong emphasis on our profit sharing model and the vested interest ownership brings to our management team. We belive that management should have a share in ownership in order to truly create a vested interest not only in in profit, but the service we provide our clients. The ability of managers to bring in business is a key element in our management team and we feel sharing the profits in those abilities is all a part of being on a team.
