Employment Opportunities for: SERVICE WRITER MANAGER SERVICE SHOP SUPERVISOR As a member of the management team in a Just Brakes service center, your duties will include: • Providing Exceptional Phone Service • Providing Proper Brake Inspections • Providing Our Customers With an Understanding of Required and Suggested Brake Repairs • Providing Detail Estimates for Costs of Repairs • Providing Proper Car Delivery • Managing Profit and Loss Statements • Overseeing All Aspects of Center Operations and Its Employees • Building Positive Customer Relations You must be able to memorize and write the Just Brakes Phone Procedure prior to initial on-the-job training in the center.
