JOB DESCRIPTION: Graphic Artist and Engraver position available in Deerfield Beach, Fl
Become involved in the fast-paced awards industry by joining the team of, Academy Trophies and Awards as a Computer Graphic Designer/Engraver based in our Deerfield Beach location. You will use state-of-the-art technology to develop awards for a variety of customers on an international level
Position summary
Under general direction, the Computer Graphic Designer/engraver is responsible for design awards from concept to completion, which involves various levels of participation and creativity. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of PC the operating systems and MUST have strong experience with Corel DRAW X3, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professionalism and a positive attitude
• Strong PC skills
• Ability to conceptualize and create designs from rough ideas
• Proficiency in CorelDraw
• Ability to proofread
• Computer graphic design experience required
