JOB DESCRIPTION:   DLR Group Position: Marketing Coordinator / Architects Job category: Engineering/Architecture DLR Group is a national full-service architectural, engineering, planning, and design firm seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our Orlando Team who will work closely with business development staff and firm leadership of a fast paced, architecture and engineering practice, with the development of marketing, business development and public relations print collateral and electronic presentations. Will lead the coordination and development of responses to requests for proposals, maintain the data-base of information and graphics used routinely to assemble these proposals and lead the effort to write and assemble RFP responses. Will be the liaison between Orlando business development staff and DLR Group marketing and other regional marketing coordinators. Will have a working knowledge of Microsoft products including Word, PowerPoint and Excel software, In-Design page layout software and Adobe/Photo-shop software’s. Marketing Coordinator Candidate shall provide suitable evidence of the following to be considered for this position: A post-secondary degree in an allied field (Marketing, English, Journalism, Advertising, etc.) Demonstrate graphic design and layout experience with the development and production of brochures and statements of qualifications used in the marketing and business development processes. Demonstrate working knowledge of technology and software’s outlined above. Have 3-5 years experience in a similar role. Experience in architecture, engineering or construction industry is preferred, while experience with real estate development or other service related industries may also provide suitable experience for this position.
