| JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for an experienced HVAC Designer to work on some of the country's most prestigious construction projects. |

Required Experience:
Candidates must have the ability to work on projects from the concept stage through construction. Position requires ability to collaborate with and train team members, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years solid knowledge of mechanical design and specifications of R&D Labs, hospital/healthcare, educational, biotech and pharmaceutical facilities. Qualifications include being detailed oriented, ability to coordinate and implement the layout of HVAC distribution systems and equipment, design equipment room layouts, size and select major system components, and perform field surveys. Must also be proficient in AutoCAD to convert system design sketches, edited drawings and standard detail drawings into specific layouts on project documents. |
