JOB DESCRIPTION:   Architect - Facilities Design This position is located in Lakeland, FL. Required Experience: * Required Skills/Experience Must be a graduate Architect Registered Architect (FL, GA, SC, or AL preferred) Member of AIA (NCARB preferred) 3 - 5 years of experience with innovative retail interior design and environmental design concept development Experience training and directing the work of others Knowledge of national and local codes Proficiency in CADD design (MicroStation preferred) Strong leadership and organizational skills Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Ability to travel overnight occasionally Obvious enthusiasm, initiative and pride in work
