| JOB DESCRIPTION: Qualified candidates will work closely with project team members to facilitate communication flow and information, document transfer, and project organization and production. Must be able to juggle multiple demands created by multiple projects. Candidates must have excellent organization skills, great attention to detail with flexibility adjusting to shifting priorities and deadlines that may occur on a daily basis. Ability to work well in a team environment, including carrying out appropriate follow-through with others, and giving and receiving constructive feedback. Above average verbal and written communication skills. |

Required Experience:
Minimum 4 years experience in a consulting engineering environment and a general understanding of project management. Proficiency in MS Office products required. Proven skills to design and format documents for a professional look consistent with AEI and client standards. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software or ability to acquire knowledge within 6 months. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or commensurate office experience. Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification a plus. |
