JOB DESCRIPTION: Fast-paced residential design/build company seeks a motivated draftsman/ residential designer for our in-house design studio. Tasks include: CAD drafting- construction document production, house planning, client interviews/ interactions, construction management and estimating, graphic design/production of marketing materials.
This is an exciting and demanding job!

Required Experience:
Residential drafting and design experience.
Residential construction knowledge.
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD software, speed and accuracy.
Quick turn around of residential permit sets and design documents.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Photoshop, graphic design abilities.
Strong organizational skills. |
