JOB DESCRIPTION: Architect/Designer

Must have high end residential portfolio/samples to show. Strength of skills is most important.
1) Ability to design in a timely manner-both hand draw and AutoCad. They currently use V2006.
2) Professional-This candidate can meet with a client.
3) Color rendering by hand (quick presentations to clients) is a plus.
4) Background or some knowledge of the construction side is a plus.
Must be a team player.
