JOB DESCRIPTION:   Wanted Full Time (will consider part time); a trustworthy, reliable, self assured, mature and motivated Office Manager / Records keeper for a Daytona Beach based electronics retailer.
 
Required Experience:
Must have good working knowledge of:

• Quickbooks
• Quickbooks Point of Sale.
• A/R
• A/P
• Payroll
• Budgeting
• Forecasting
• Report Generation
• Letter Writing / Customer Service

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Excel, Word and/or Publisher is a plus.

Additional knowledge and/or experience in marketing / promotions an added plus.

Experience in desktop publishing or graphic design (AI, Photoshop, Quark, etc.) even better…
