JOB DESCRIPTION: Small Cooper City office is looking for an extremely organized person to take the place of our current Office Manager, who is moving. The start date for the position is August 1st. The position would require:
*Answer Phones / Customer Service
*Light Filing / File Review
*Collections
*Order office supplies
*Keep the office in very neat order
*Type various letters for company and employees
The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
*Extremely, Extremely, Organized
*Fast Learner
*Self-Starter
*Pleasant and friendly phone voice
*Computer literate
*Excel experience
*Word experience
*Able to create letters for clients
*Email is a major part of this position
*Must be able to type 50-60 WPM
*Bilingual is not required, but would help
The Small Office Manager has the hours of 8-5, Monday through Friday. This is a 40 hour a week position, with no overtime. This is a small, but growing company, and we currently have no benefits.
