Hours 10:00Am - 6:00PM Monday thru Fri
Need to be avail on a Saturday 1-2 times a month for 2-3 hrs
* Must speak and write English very well - Bi-Lingual a +
* Must be able to Multi-Task and meet Deadlines
* Accuracy and Dependability are most important
* Looking for a "Team Player" who will help our business grow
* Someone who doesn't mind coming in a little early or staying
a little late to get the job done
Job Description:
Handle Incoming/Outgoing E-Mails
Handle Incoming/Outgoing Calls and Inquiries
Assign New Work
Accept New Business
File
Type Reports
Assist with any priority job in office
This is a permanent position - We would like the person to
stay with us a min of 2 years with a full time schedule
Compensation:
To start - Training $9.00 - $10.50
Will receive increase after Training accordingly
Will continue to receive increases aprox every 6 months
based on ability and contribution to the company
We have a Casual Dress Code but a "Professional Attitude"
Need to be pleasant and able to handle several jobs at once
