JOB DESCRIPTION: The Carvechi Group a premier management consulting company with specialized services in Accounting/Finance and Information Technology is seeking a Sr. Staff Accountant.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Obtaining bids for major purchases and selecting vendors
Preparing, following up and closing purchase orders
Reviewing and processing invoices for payments
Maintaining spending balances
Preparing month end closing
Reviewing timesheets and processing timesheet summary for payments, as well as compiling employee attendance calendars |

Required Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting
Minimum of 1-2 years of related accounting experience A/P, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets applications
Experience with Great Plains
Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
Bilingual (English-Spanish)
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, changing environment
Able to communicate effectively both in verbally and in writing
