JOB DESCRIPTION: Healthcare Business and Data Expertise - The successful candidate will have significant career experience (4+ years) in healthcare enterprise data warehousing and be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering heath care data for improvement in clinical outcomes, utilization, and financial reporting. This includes knowledge in the areas of medical management, network/contracting, service/claims, electronic medical records, actuarial, underwriting, marketing, and finance. Completed course exams from the Academy for Healthcare Management or similar is a plus. A Bachelors degree required.Teamwork/customer focus ,Design/Architecture -Past experience in linking business needs to design criteria and architecture definition, and, most importantly, the ability to actually deliver functions based on a practical design. Proficient with tools such as Cognos; Document requirements for the design and development of multidimensional datamarts; developing and documenting rules for ETL processes; creating reports and training end users.Communication - Posses exceptional influence and interpersonal skills and be an effective communicator who is comfortable presenting to both business and technical executives. Ability to bring an understanding of data warehousing development and build a consensus among a diverse group of business and technical associates on enterprise warehouse concepts.
Software - Proficiency with the following software
-Advanced MS Excel Skills;
-Intermediate MSOffice Skills in MSWord & MS PowerPoint
