JOB DESCRIPTION: trucking and truck brokerage company is looking for an entry level accountant, making regular journal entries, reconciling the company's bank account, as well as other general accounting functions. This firm uses Quick Books as well as specialized trucking software. Consideration for this position does not require knowledge of these software solutions however the candidate will be expected to rapidly gain proficiency.

In addition, the candidate will be cross trained in other areas of the firms operations. This may include assisting other departments of the business in daily operations. This is a small firm and individuals are expected to be flexible and open minded.
