Requirements JOB REQUIREMENTS Local Candidates Only BA or BS in Accounting 2 to 4 years accounting experience Proficient in Excel and well developed communication and analytical skills JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Perform daily processing of accounting transactions to include accounts payable, accounts receivable & collections Prepare and post month end journal entries/month end close process Analyze general ledger accounts Bank Reconciliations Annual audit and annual budget preparation Account analysis and reconciliations Prepare various financial analysis for internal management use Media Reconciliations Prepare and analyze monthly reports (AP/AR/Balance Sheet/Profit and Loss/Comparison to previous year numbers etc.) Must be analytical and knowledgeable in accounting procedures and practices and be capable to working independently Maintaining general ledger chart of accounts Research and correct any account discrepancies BENEFITS Full Paid Health and Dental Insurance Long/Short Term Disability and Life Insurance 12 Vacation Days + 6 Sick Days 401K Plan + Profit Sharing More Phone: 813-496-7000 Location: Tampa Base Pay: N/A
