Hello! My name is Kristie Butler and I work for Procom Services, an IT Staffing Company. I am currently seeking a Financial Specialist for a 47 week contract position based in Sunrise, FL. This position pays $16/hour and requires the following:

Receive and log daily Intercompany Invoice reports and distribute to responsible processing prime; maintain daily tracking log of invoices rceived by entity and ensure timely processing by responsible prime; log out going intercompany invoices and ensure complaince iwth company policy rgarding support and approvals; process out going intercompany invoices in a timely manner; perform reconciliations on intercompany receivable and payable accounts and related Intercompany suspense accounts; review regional Intercompany accounts for completeness and accuracy; maintain files on in coming and out going invoices; prime regional dispute resolution with other intercompany primes; communicate or assist in communicating Intercompany Compliance, Corporate Policy and Procedures via written reports and oral presentations to CALA finance personnel to ensure that appropriate action is taken with respect to any deficiencies noted; provide SOX related documentation to testers and auditors; review settlement reports to ensure Intercompany positions are correctly reflected and ensure the FX on Intercompany settlement is recorded in a timely manner; assist in special projects as necessary, also includes responding to Ad-hoc queries that may arise specifically within the CALA region.
