JOB DESCRIPTION: QuickBooks Bookkeeper
Company: IC Realtime
Candidate will be responsible for processing accounts payable and accounts receivable along with maintaining the bank accounts. Candidates will prepare and send wire transfer requests. Candidates will be responsible for the daily distribution of accounts payable and receivables providing the supporting documentation from the bank. Must have an in depth understanding of Quickbooks.
Requirements
Full understanding of Accounts Payable, Account Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable, advanced understanding of QuickBooks, Basic MS Excel.
Team player, very good with numbers.
