JOB DESCRIPTION: Full time position for experienced bookkeeper. Must have experience in the following:
1. Bank Reconciliations manually and on quickbooks
2. Quickbooks full knowledge of this program
3. Payroll Tax Return Preparation including Form 941, UCT-6, and Form 940
4. Basic knowledge of debits and credits
5. Must know EXCEL and WORD
6. Ten key without looking
7. Minimum three years experience as a full charge bookkeeper, not just in a/r or a/p position.
8. On cover sheet or resume, you must disclose your salary in your last job!
Benefits and compensation will be based on ability and prior work history and will be discussed during the interview process.
This position is great for someone that likes to work independently and is very well organized.
