JOB DESCRIPTION: looking for a branch manager/Partnership that will offer a bi-monthly pay out schedule on your commission, with a competitive tear compensation based on personal production. In addition to a overall team production set forth by Main Street Financial.
As a partner you will be entitled to receive quarterly disbursements on a percentage of net profit sharing as stated in our partnership agreement.
Qualified applicants need to have the right combination of interpersonal skills, professionalism, leadership, honesty, integrity and work ethic. This includes mentorship to new partners, assistance, and the responsibility of all loan originators under your daily supervision and management of our branch. You will be responsible to oversee your loan pipeline, coordinating loan process with our underwiters and our processors and following office policies and procedures.

Mortgage Loan Originators are also responsible for floor duties, weekly office meetings and hosting real estate sales meetings or 1st time homeowner's seminars.

Tasks and Duties: The main duties of a mortgage broker is managing his /her daily operations, follow HUD guidelines daily, ensuring that our company's policies, rules and government regulations are enforced.
Other Requirements:
1+ year(s) sales experience.
State of FL License & be in the process of receiving your NMLS license.
Must be a team player and very reliable.
In-house training and Leads are available for qualified candidates. Professional/upscale office is located in the heart of downtown Orlando.
