JOB DESCRIPTION: Bookkeeper - 2 to 10 years bookkeeping experience with Quickbooks, preferably with an accounting or CPA firm
Full Time - 30 hrs to 40 hrs per week - Monday to Friday
A professional CPA firm in Maitland Fl seeks an experienced bookkeeper to handle multiple client accounts. Ability to handle bank and credit card reconcilations in Quickbooks, review activity in accounts, make journal entry adjustments and produce monthly financial statements for clients. Perform special financial analysis as needed.
Good phone voice and English speaking skills
Communicates well with staff and clients
Experienced in Quickbooks A/R, A/P, Reconciliations, J/E's and financial reporting. Payroll tax return knowlege preferred.
Stong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook E-Mail, Excel, Word, Electronic File Cabinets and preferably Drake Tax Software
Positive, goal oriented attitude
Attention to detail
Self motivated & can manage work to make sure it is completed on time
Good work ethic
Desire to do a great job
Works well with staff and clients
Enjoys a small office environment
Possible flexible schedule
