JOB DESCRIPTION:   POSITION PURPOSE:

After detailed training on our software products, the Client Services Help Desk Associate will be responsible for all areas of client support. He/She will serve as a Client Project Manager for implementation and support of AnalytX software products.

AnalytX is the market leader in providing mission critical software products to the private equity and venture capital industry. AnalytX is an expanding technology company that has been in business since 1995 with offices in New York, London, San Francisco, Boston, and Vero Beach, FL.

POSITION PROFILE: The ideal candidate will have experience and an educational background in structured finance and accounting. They should have a strong interest in private equity as a market sector focus including venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and other alternative assets. The candidate must also possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for project management for existing and new client product implementations.
• Manage client expectations in relation to deadlines, product functionality and services.
• Facilitate the financial tie-out and implementation of AnalytX engagements.
• Provide ongoing client support including on-site visits and online meetings as required.
• Conduct individual or group product training as required



 
Required Experience:
Education and Training: Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting; OR Bachelors degree with practical accounting/finance work experience.

Work Experience: Minimum two (2) years experience with accounting, consulting or financial services firm. Private equity experience is highly desirable but not required. Skills and Abilities: Must have: (1) a strong accounting/finance background, (2) an acumen for the application of technology to structured finance, (3) excellent written and communication skills, (4) ability to work with minimal supervision, and (5) the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.

Technical Experience: A familiarity working with computer software including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project. Previous database experience is a plus.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Physical Demands: Must be able to lift 30 pounds. Position may require client over night travel to client sites.
