JOB DESCRIPTION: TEKgroup International, Inc. is seeking an office assistant/receptionist for its Pompano Beach office. We are an award-winning online software company that develops content management systems, e-commerce, and interactive business solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Our client list includes AOL, Ford Motor Company, Delta Airlines, Best Buy, PayChex, Detroit Lions, VW, and Audi just to name a few. Responsibilities:
Applicant will answer all incoming phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate person and/or take messages; maintain inventory of office supplies and order when needed; distribute mail; prepare shipping labels; greet customers; other general office duties and assist department heads with various tasks. Applicant will also be asked to participate in quality assurance for developing web sites.
