Job Description: Account Representative - Responsible for the collection of outstanding consumer receivables for various high balance credit card and retail accounts. Creditors include 3 of the top 5 Bankcard issuers. • Negotiates with customers to secure balances and settlements in full. • Manages a portfolio of 500-1500 accounts. • Performs duties in compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. • Manages all customer correspondence. • Penetrates portfolio through manual and high tech predictive dialing.
