JOB DESCRIPTION: Need computer experience in an office atmosphere.
Ability to communicate with property managers and vendors to ensure their concerns are properly addressed.
Processing incoming contracts & leases to be input in computer system. Deposit preparation. Scheduling. Research.
Be organized, attention to detail, understand the business cycle, and complete the work the first time.

Required Experience:
efficient use of time, organized, able to multi-task, able to set priorities, and pay attention to details. This is a part-time position Monday through Friday 9:30am until 3:00pm. Fast paced office with a casual atmosphere.
