JOB DESCRIPTION:   Bookkeeper /Accountant /Tax Preparer Reply to: alex@taxesar.com Seeking 3 possible positions for a small public accounting & tax firm: Full Charge Bookkeeper - $12 to $17 an hour. Must be proficient in QuickBooks. Ability to properly categorize transactions and bank reconciliations. Must be able to properly input all activity from a client's bank statement checks and debit card activity as well as credit card statements and reconcile them. Knowledge of Payroll, Excel, Word. Good understanding of accounting. Public accounting experience. Bilingual a plus. Pay rate based on experience and ability. PT or FT. Junior/Staff Accountant - $17 to $20 an hour. Must be proficient in QuickBooks. Must be able to properly categorize transactions and bank reconciliations. Must be able to properly input all activity from a client's bank statement checks and debit card activity as well as credit card statements and reconcile them. Must have a good knowledge of Payroll, Excel, Word, Outlook. Excellent understanding of accounting, Financial Statements, Depreciation, Fixed Assets, and Liability accounts. Some understanding of Taxes. Public accounting experience required. CPA prefered. Bilingual prefered. Pay rate based on experience and ability. PT or FT. Tax Preparer - $25 to $30 an hour. 1 to 2 days a week. Must be proficient in QuickBooks. Must be able to properly categorize transactions and bank reconciliations. Must have a good knowledge of Payroll, Excel, Word, Outlook. Excellent understanding of accounting, Financial Statements, Depreciation, Fixed Assets, and Liability accounts. Must know Corporate Taxes as well as Personal. 1120S, 1120, 1065 & 1040's Public accounting experience & CPA required. Bilingual a Plus. Pay rate based on experience and ability. PT.
